Three words, earned in that order.
P&L accountability, commercial leadership and hard decisions made under real pressure. This is advice from inside the arena, from someone who has carried the number and lived with the consequences.
Board-level thinking across strategy, governance and long-term positioning. The work goes well beyond execution: it shapes where a company plays and how it wins over years, not quarters.
The core superpower: orchestrating collective intelligence. Bringing the right minds together and combining people's strengths to create outcomes greater than the sum of their parts.
Loïc is French-Australian, based in Sydney. His career spans CEO and CRO roles in PE-backed IoT and software businesses, with deep expertise in energy markets, cross-border APAC–EMEA operations and commercial turnarounds.
He co-founded Thinxtra, the IoT connectivity company, and went on to lead the commercial turnaround of Sigfox's global business at UnaBiz, one of the more demanding rescues in IoT. Sigfox had raised over US$400M and was burning US$100M a year when the assets were acquired. Thirty months later the business had reached breakeven, recurring revenue had grown 700% and it had been repositioned as a global AIoT service provider and system integrator.
That pattern repeats through his work: take a hard commercial situation, find the strategy the field will actually support, then build the team and the momentum to deliver it.
Group CCO and ExCo member. Led the acquisition and turnaround of Sigfox SA (2022). Breakeven in 30 months from a US$100M annual burn, 30% YoY group revenue growth, 700% growth in recurring revenue across 70 countries, and an order book more than tripled in 18 months with ACV exceeding US$30M. Co-authored the long-term vision to become an AIoT global data leader.
CEO/CRO of a PE-backed IoT and GPS hardware-software business in APAC. Led the commercial functions through a period of growth and transition.
Co-founder of the IoT connectivity company that brought massive IoT networks to Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Zero to a national network, and the education of an entire market.
Earlier career building deals across the Pacific Islands market, where the French-Australian cross-border instinct was first put to work.
